Hermanos Huertas Castellanos, S.L.

Hermanos Huertas Castellanos has more than 40 years of experience.

The company began its activity in 1976, dedicating itself initially to the manufacture of parts for the maintenance of the ceramic and wine industry. This activity was combined with the manufacture of plates for standard Mold Bases and Die Holders.

It was in 1987 when we began with the manufacture of special Mold Bases and Die Holders for the injection of plastic, aluminum, magnesium …

We have last generation machinery for the manufacture of high precision Mold Bases and Die Holders.

Technical capabilities

Hermanos Huertas Castellanos has air-conditioned facilities, working throughout the year at a temperature of 20 / 22º.

Our objective is the constant modernization of our means of production, in order to be at the forefront of current market demand.

Trying to care for and preserve the environment in September 2020, Hermanos Huertas acquired a machine for cleaning and purifying coolant.

This machine works in a continuous cycle of suction, filtration, recycling and discharge with collection of sludge and solids in a separator that allows easy removal, all this can be done without stopping production.

“Red Wine” Award, which recognizes the trajectory and value that Hermanos Huertas Castellanos gives to the city of Valdepeñas

Hermanos Huertas Castellanos, S.L. has bet on new technologies, making a large investment in the business in the last four years to implement new technologies and create jobs.

The Valdepeñas Wine Museum yesterday hosted the thirty-second edition of the awards presented by the Diario Lanza to the company Hermanos Huertas Castellanos, SL, with the “Red Wine” award, in an act that was attended by the president of the Diputación de Ciudad Real, José Manuel Caballero, the mayor of Valdepeñas, Jesús Martín, the regional deputy Fausto Marín, the vice president of the Diputación, Manuel Martínez López-Alcorocho, the director of the newspaper Lanza, Laura Espinar, as well as different members of the municipal corporation.

The “Red Wine” award is for the company Hermanos Huertas Castellanos, SL, managed by three brothers from Santa Cruz de Mudela, Pedro, Andrés and José Luis Huertas, for deciding to set up this company in the “Entrecaminos” Business Park four years ago , make a large investment in the business since then to implement new technologies and create jobs (currently has 22 workers, including owners).
